All donations, which have been earmarked by the donor for a specific use, are used under the guiding principles of karma, following strictly vinaya and laws: funds designated for specific uses will not be used otherwise. Absolutely no one is allowed to change the use of donation funds according to his discretion.

Regarding donations to an individual monastic, the monastic leadership team will decide in abidance with the teachings of Late Master Jih-Chang. The funds will be handed to a designated individual and according to the needs of spreading Buddhism and benefiting all, used in a variety of related matters.
